Honey Chipotle Glazed Chicken Wings
The Detroit Free Press has a decent looking recipe for chipotle glazed wings over on their website. They call for chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, adobo sauce, and powdered chipotle peppers or chili powder. It's a very simple sauce with only honey added to cut the chipotles and should glaze well in the oven.You toss the wings in the rub made from the chili powder with some sugar, onion and garlic powders, and cumin. Bake them for 20 minutes then brush on the chipotle honey glaze for the final 20 minutes.
